The process of making a skirt?!

So, today, i made a skirt!

here's a brief tutorial...

1. cut all the materials you need to use.
2. sew them together.
   

ignore the black material. it's for other stuff.

3. sew shirring using elastic stitch.

4. sew another piece of your material below the above material.

5. like so~

and you will now have a skirt~!
