been doing exercise i learned from the physiologist...
it's painful and tiring... but i gotta do it to walk properly
currently i can't walk properly...
i am very unstable and wobble here and there...
this is due to the weakness of my muscles... as i had only been sitting in bed and walking to the toilet during my stay.
well, i hope my blood count goes up tomorrow... i don't wanna get pricked...!!
